Flash Fiction #2

A storm has approached a small town, making everyone scramble and run inside.  Jeff, on the other hand, sits on his rooftop and watches the sky.  Hearing the thunder crash and seeing the lightning strike the ground.

Lightning is a very fascinating thing.  It terrifies most people, but it doesn’t even scare Jeff.  Jeff has had this control over lightning for as long as he can remember.  It won’t hurt him if it strikes him.  Maybe if it was a massive amount, but a little doesn’t do much.  It takes his breath away.
